CampAble is positioned within the festival's accessible campsite, close to the festival's existing accessible facilities. We look after your CampAble campsite, tent and equipment — we don't provide personal care or medical support, and we're not a substitute for a PA.

What do the tents include?
Every tent starts with a comfortable accessible base — ramps, soft lighting and a proper bed. Tents can be configured with extras like raised beds, medication fridges or a commode, depending on what you tell us and what's possible at each festival's infrastructure.
Can my PA, carer, friend or companion stay with me?
Yes — your PA, carer, mates or festi family are welcome in your tent.
Is there power in the tents?
Sometimes — this depends on what each festival's site can offer. Where infrastructure allows, we can provide power for CPAP machines and other essential devices; we'll confirm details per event.
Does CampAble provide personal care?
No. We look after your CampAble campsite, tent and equipment, and our crew is on hand throughout the event — but we don't provide personal care or medical support, and we're not a substitute for a PA.
How do I book?
We work with each festival's accessibility team — bookings will be available through their access forms or directly via CampAble. No need to wait to be contacted; message us any time.
How much does it cost?
Prices vary between festivals depending on the length of the event, location, infrastructure and the setup required. CampAble operates as a CIC, so our pricing is cost-based and any surplus is reinvested into improving accessible festival camping.
